When we checked in

When we checked in, the attendant gave us a room that was obviously a pet room. I’m highly allergic to cats and the room smelled. I immediately could not breathe correctly. When my husband went and complained, we were moved to a higher floor and nicer room. What was the reason for him assigning us a pet room when we clearly were not traveling with a pet?! Disappointed in that behavior! However the new breakfast attendant was very kind and helpful and it was only her 2nd day!

The breakfast was good. Loved the large counter in the bathroom. The staff was friendly.

Bathtub too high for me to get into. Chair at desk needs replaced. Tiles cracked in the bathroom.

The facility is very clean and serve a nice breakfast.

Our room had an odor to it. It felt clean but not that fresh clean. Maybe carpet needs to be cleaned? It wasn't gross, just not as pleasant as usual.
