"Friendly Staff but gross Hotel"

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The A/C didn't work in my first room so I was changes to a different room. The new room had stains on the carpet, mold in the shower, sheets had stains, Ice Maker down the hall didn't work, mold in the vents, stunk like mildew. It was there last room available so I had no choice but to stay otherwise I would have left to another hotel.

Excelente ubicación, personal eterno y amable, buen desayuno

La Sra del desayuno le faltó cordialidad, aunque entiendo que queria que todo estuviera muy limpio, hay que tener paciencia con los comensales

"For the price of the room, we expected cleaner, more “up to date” facilities."

The best part of our stay was our interaction with the front desk associate. He was very friendly and check in/check out was quick and easy.

The room was dated and upkeep was lacking. On our way to the elevator, past the lobby we encountered two large dogs barking at us with their owners struggling to control them.
