Le frigo était ouvert donc chaud. Malgré que j'aie signalé aucun service au chambre et mis le shhhh sur la porte, on a cogné violemment dans ma chambre pour aviser du service au chambre...

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough. Everyone knows what to do in what I consider unusual situation. (maybe usual for them) But I expected a lot less given what i have experienced before in different establishments.

The hallway seems dark and dampy. Only 1 elevator.
