Lovely clean guest house. Decor, paintwork & furniture were all up to scratch. Situated next door to a pub which was very nice, served food ( although we didnt eat there).

Roads outside the guest house are very narrow, it's a bit tight getting in & out of the carpark.

A lovely guest house located very close to the little ferry and road bridge over to Teignmouth. Our room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful plus breakfast was fantastic!
