"Pleasant"

Clean room,comfortable bed,nice bar area.

The bar was closed as we were delayed,the breakfast was served on a tray outside room.Nobody available in morning to let us into breakfast.area.

"Perfect!"

The room was lovely a lot bigger than expected, had a great night sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Location wise you feel like you are kinda in the middle of nowhere but 10 minutes down the road there’s a little town with restaurants and bars.

we were charged £10 more than the original booking. Continental breakfast was only enough for one person e.g 1cereal box. 1croissant. 1 plate . 1 bowl, 1 soon, 1 knife

"Nice country pub"

Nice stay in a quiet country pub. Great staff, lovely breakfast. 10 min drive to other restaurants if needs be in blanford (forum). Comfy bed.

"Welcoming, friendly, comfortable but the food was poor."

Lovely landlords and staff. Nice ambience in the bar with friendly locals. Location, very secure for cyclists with locked garage for storage A quiet nights sleep.

The landlord was quite open about having just taken over the place and being short staffed. Consequently the food offering was poor especially the continental breakfast. Whilst we appreciated the honesty of the situation we would hope that when the staffing is resolved the food would come up to the same standard as the warm welcome and comfortable rooms.
