Excellent séjour à Aix les Bains, hôtel très bien situé, proche du lac, esplanade, commerce, restauration. Les logements sont très bien équipés, linge, draps, couettes, vaisselles, liquide vaisselle, éponge, balais, le plus, la terrasse où l'on peut prendre ses repas. Accueil très agréable, tout est parfait 😊

Mini séjour de deux jours donc une nuit, tout c'est bien passé, hôtel simple propre mais pourrait mieux faire dans les parties communes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petits commerces à proximité.

L’infrastructure vieillissante, un ascenceur pour 3 immeubles… un gros besoin de rafraîchissement et modernité

Globalement déçue, les 3 étoiles doivent dater de bien longtemps. La base est pourtant bonne ( espace, emplacement) mais l'ensemble est vieillissant et gagnerais à subir une bonne rénovation et un grand nettoyage! Dommage!

Globalement très bien. L'appartement est bien pensé et pratique. C'était plutôt propre par rapport à ce qu'on a pu lire dans d'autres avis avant notre venue. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement et très agréable vu la chaleur dehors. Idéalement situé pour accéder à la plage, aux animations et restaurants du petit port. On reviendra très probablement.

Très satisfait de notre séjour. A quelques minutes à pied du lac. Chambre qui ressemble plus à un studio avec cuisine, très grande terrasse et chambre pour une personne supplémentaire. Seul bémol : un bruit fort répétitif et donc gênant non identifié.

Notre arrivée était pour 14h30, à 15h30 celle ci n’était pas prête! Vu le prix de la nuitée être ponctuel est la moindre des chose. Surtout quand les clients on deux enfants en bas âge !

We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.
