USNothing, we did not like anything about this place. Well, the front desk staff was friendly and she did allow us to check in early (it was stormy that weekend.
Such a creepy place! There was a sun room, but the vegetation in the "garden" is so overgrown no sun could peak through. The rooms are dank, old, creaky floors, dirty, missing light fixtures and ALL FOR $500 per night!!! no light in the shower, tiling done not by a skilled tile person. The refrigerator was a recycled wine frig. Many fixtures were recycled badly - The beach is a joke. The water container was dirty - so we cleaned it. There was a used wash cloth in the shower. I really want my money back. My husband said the place was "spooky" and he is right. We left almost immediately after we woke up - left hours earlier than we needed. I guess it is back to Hiltons and chain hotels - want to support local businesses, but they need to really improve.

VIThe bed was comfortable and the bath towels were superb and the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful
Cost and had a few unwanted critters ( ants and roaches) the ants were because wrapped food was placed on top of fridge for a short period before being put away
