"Perfect Stay"

The Chechen-in was simple, after a text detailing codes. I have a wheelchair and the team were happy to store it safely. They also offered to take it up to my room, and back down again in the morning. Although you don’t normally see anyone, they are easy to reach by mobile and took less than five minutes to arrive.

Not something that can be solved, but the stairs are very steep.

Attentive staff via app. Was so grateful for the accommodation whereby the room was very clean and secure. Thank you.

One flight of Stairs leading to rooms may prove a challenge for some.

While it can look a little beat up when you first come in, it was very clean and had absolutely everything I needed. The price was good in comparison to all the other hotels around the festival. Great location! Will probably come back if I go to reading festival again!!
