"A good choice"

Very comfortable, main road a bit noisy but two lots of double glazing coped well. Good view of sea from rooms at front. Staff both charming and helpful.Hodson

"You Will Love This Hotel"

We were looking for a hotel in La Rochelle as a stop on our way from Bordeaux to Paris. Even though it was on the island near the city and it was the perfect spot for us. What a gem of a hotel! Very stylish in design and comfort. It almost has a spa feel about it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel - right on the coast and well placed for local restaurants and the sea. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

"Ile de Re - the place to stay"

After driving around La Rochelle for hours looking for a hotel, we we're told about the island of Il de Re. Its a great place to go for a relaxing couple of days, easy to get to and nice beaches. 9 euro toll, however for the bridge, but worth it. We booked at La Maree - a very modern chic hotel with an amazing French restaurant with shore dining area. Highly recommended
