"Go for a specific purpose only"

Room was large with a good view

Miles from car park. They charge 25 a day just to get your luggage to the bottom of the tower because you have to valet park. Valet used to mean luggage taken to your room now they watch an old woman struggle to lift a case out of the trunk. They also charge 25 a day resort fee. For what god knows because you get zero for it. You cant us the pool as it would be a long way to and from. Its a very long way to the cafe and that shuts by 6. Meals are 64 in some restaurants. There is nothing to do if you dont gamble. Nowhere to walk to. Its a rough area. I went to see a show and should have only stayed that night. A very boring place and would never return

"My husband and I will return to Caesars Windsor."

Location with lovely walking path right it the front door at the river. The hotel was clean, neat and had friendly staff. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a huge variety of machines to play.

We had an awful experience at Spago Restaurant. Unfortunately we ended up walking out because of very poor service. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. The hostess was great having us wait for a much nicer table. It was well worth it. It took a long time for us to even get water. Our order was taken and we had been sitting and waiting just shy of 30 minutes before we decided to walk out as we hadn’t yet had the drinks we ordered. We were seated at 6:13 and it was 6:45 and still no drinks. 2 couples, seated after us, already had their appetizers.

Sarah at front desk was VERY helpful in getting my room moved to the other tower closer to my friends. Dinner at Spagos was delicious

More staff or more options for breakfast . Line ups were long.
