The location was perfect, room was clean, staff was overall very nice. I have to say after having a long flight, Mr. Bernando at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade my room reassuring that the room location will fit my needs. I do have to admit he was correct. It’s been a pleasure staying at this hotel.

The facilities were clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a lot to choose from. I love having the barcode on the parking pass so I could scan in and out of the lot. Great idea!!!

Como siempre: la atención, la comida extra el miércoles excelente, los desayunos increíbles, y la canchita de basket. Todo siempre limpio e impecable. Es hermoso este hotel

Hubo un error con la tarjeta en el check in que pude solucionar recién dos meses después. Pero intentaron arreglarlo en todo momento. Un error lo puede tener cualquiera, sigue siendo de mis hoteles preferidos!!!

The layout of suite was nice. Shuttle to airport easy.

Bathroom not terribly clean. Brushing up on that would go a long way towards elevating the hotel.
