Karmen, the front desk manager, was awesome & accommodating. She deserves a raise in pay or promotion. She made me feel welcomed. Brewed fresh coffee and then called me as soon as it was ready. (No hotel chain has ever provided such personal touches.)

How there's no entrance halfway between halls. Only 2. One at the end of hall & the main entrance. Lots of walking & stair climbing. PET FEE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. PROBABLY WONT BOOK HERE AGAIN

I loved the cleanliness of the property and the closeness to the Brandon Amphitheater!

The rate was very competitive (low) compared to other nearby hotels. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was open at 6AM on both Sat & Sunday, we had an event in the morning both days to attend so we were able to eat before leaving for the event. We had an issue with the room but staff working the next day were able to resolve the problem.

TV did not work in our room! We reported it soon after we checked in (10/9). We were told it could not be fixed and were disappointed that we could not watch a MLB playoff game in our room. There were no rooms available for us to move to. We were able to move a different room the next day BUT why were we put in room with a TV that did not work (I had made a reservation months before the date of my stay)?? Parking was a bit limited because of work trucks w/trailers and other large trucks - guests with oversized vehicles should not be allowed to take up / block more than 1 parking space or be directed to park elsewhere. Desk staff needs to "vet" the type of vehicle people have when they check-in to prevent this parking issue.
