A great location just 5 minutes walk from the station, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and could be used if it rained with the retractable cover. The owners were friendly and welcoming and were around if we needed anything whilst we were there.

Heated swimming pool, kitchen well equipped,location, very friendly staff, big spacious apartment.

Squeaky floor you could hear when someone was walking on the apartment above. Twin bed we would prefer double bed instead.

Suitable for disabled people with access to high standards facilities, we felt like staying in 5* apartment, and we will definitely come back here.

Fabulous apartment (Livingstone) matching the description and finished to a high specification. Spacious and large balcony a bonus. Large comfortable bed. The location was great, quiet but very near to main area of Torquay with train station and bus stops just a five minute walk. Lovely swimming pool. Also impressed with recycling facilities for rubbish and food waste. Hosts friendly and professional.Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. .

Really comfy beds, lovely hosts and great location to the seafront. Great pool too.

We stayed in the basement apartment (Dickens apartment- disabled access) the ceiling is very, very low and we could hear everything going on in the apartment above. Got woken up at 6am each morning due to the person above stomping around etc. Not much natural light in the Dickens apartment either so felt a bit gloomy but the apartment had everything we needed. Unfortunately I slipped when coming out of the pool on the disabled ramp leading to the apartment after rainfall. Fell backwards, hitting my head on concrete, so along with getting bad sleep and this accident we left a bit early. The bathroom is a wet room in this apartment for obvious reasons, so no bath, which was disappointing. Floor took ages to dry, couldn't seem to find an extracter fan. I think had we stayed in a different apartment the whole experience would have been a lot better for us. One night was refunded as we left early but I felt we should have been refunded more due to the noise from upstairs and my slip really impacting our stay.
