Atlantis Holiday Apartments

We really enjoyed our stay! Tony and Tracey welcomed us at the property and explained everything we need to know. We arrived early than we informed them, but they welcome us with no problem. The lounge/kitchen was great size and the bedroom and the bed is huge! The apartment is a walking distance to the sea-front and shops. And since it was rainy and windy at Torquay when we were there, having a heated indoor swimming pool really helped!

The remote for the TV in the bedroom didn't work properly.

The apartment is very well located, clean, comfortable, lovely decorated. Tony & Tracey are very helpful and friendly.

We visited a friend and stay here for 2 nights. The host was very polite and kind, hand over us keys and help us with the luggage. The apartment was big and spotless, super clean.

We weren't sure if its the setting, as there is no hot water from the sink on new year day morning. As it was very early in the morning, so we did not ask the host.

Beautifully furnished and equipped. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

There was some confusion over when the pool would be open. It is closed from 1st October, but this was not at all clear on booking.com or other sites. Hopefully this will now be recified. The owner did allow us in the pool unheated. A lot of coming and goings through the day and evening between the other apartments.

The cleanliness and spacious

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen equipment excellent, beds comfortable and rooms lovely and dark with curtains closed, location was quiet and parking right next to apartment. The bathrooms were immaculate and well planned. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great bonus to our stay we used it every day. The main shops and beaches were all withing walking distance and also the beautiful village of Cockington which is well worth a visit.

For us with a push chair the location at the top of a long hill was not ideal but manageable if we planned the day and only had one trip down in the morning and one back in the evening. We could have obviously used the car. This would not put us off visiting again as everything else was perfect.
