The Neighbour House B&B

We felt very welcomed by Iris. She made us feel right at home. The house and yard are a beautiful step back in time with any modern convenience you could need. The accommodations are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had travel plans to various locations in Jersey, and the Neighbour House was centrally located for us. We can't thank you enough for making our short trip more pleasant.

Iris and Rafi are fantastic hosts and their gorgeous house is set in a beautiful part of the world. Breakfast is amazing and I can gladly recommend their Bed and Breakfast to anyone visiting the area.

The owners were pretty awesome and the house was phenomenal. We must come back Thank You for having us !!

Nice historical house, beautiful surroundings, good parking.

While the historical aspect of the house and its lovely surroundings were certainly appealing, we encountered some disappointing aspects during our stay at this bed and breakfast. First, we had paid for the full booking in advance, but upon arrival, we were asked for our credit card again to cover additional fees, which caught us off guard and left us feeling a bit uncomfortable. In the rooms, it was disappointing to find that snacks and water were available, but at an extra charge. This made the experience feel less welcoming and not in line with this sort of accommodation. Furthermore, the quality of the provided amenities was lacking. The toilet paper provided was super thin and cheap, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected for an accommodation at this level. The breakfast offered was prepackaged and very basic, which left us underwhelmed. We were hoping for a more authentic and hearty breakfast experience at a bed and breakfast, but it fell short of our expectations. To add to our mixed experience, we felt a bit uneasy when the host came upstairs in the morning as we were leaving to check that we had not used a fourth vacant bedroom. This made us feel like our integrity was being questioned, which was uncomfortable. Despite the positives of the historical charm and beautiful surroundings, these shortcomings left us with a less than stellar impression of our stay. We hope that these issues can be addressed, as there is great potential for this bed and breakfast to provide a truly outstanding experience for its guests.
