Schuster Mansion Bed & Breakfast

Everything! Laura and Rick were my favorite part!!! Super hospitable, great conversationalists, witty, eager to please!! Breakfast was fabulous, as well as couple we were seated with😍 Room above and beyond, house gorgeous, landscaped to a tee!!!

We had to leave😞, stay was to short….

The difference between "proper etiquette" and "good manners" is very much in evidence here. The host has no trouble making people feel uncomfortable or holding forth on topics that this reviewer felt were in very poor taste to discuss among strangers, but expects quite a lot from her guests. I was on a bike trip. This was the only place on the whole trip where there was no offer to put my bike under cover--in the spacious shed/barn/garage thing out back maybe? Thus, my seat was soaked after a night of rain. The breakfast offerings sounded amazing but were dull. The room, on the other hand, was exactly what I wanted. Quiet, at the top of the house. You could hear the rain on the roof. There was a lovely rocking chair with decent light where I read for over an hour before bed. The mattress was comfortable. The furnishings were gorgeous, and suitable to the period of the house. Walking down to breakfast took ages because I wanted to study all the antiques along the wall.

This b&b is beyond amazing!!! Check in was probably the most pleasant check in experience I’ve ever had! The owners are incredible!! I love the decor! My bed was so unbelievably comfortable! Breakfast was wonderful!! I cannot wait to stay here again!!

Breakfast was fantastic. The mansion was very beautiful but our room was extremely small and usable as a sleeping space only.

Very nice. You can tell they put a lot of work into their home/business. You can also tell they do care about their clients.

What a wonderful and unique experience! My husband came here with his sisters and knew that I would love it. He was right! The aesthetic is Victorian era style and every nook and cranny is filled with something to look at. We had the pleasure of having an amazing breakfast with Laura Sue and Rick and learned so much about the neighborhood and the mansion. They were so delightful and I was so happy with our room. Next time I’ll try the high tea time with Laura. We will most definitely be coming back, there is so much to discover in this beautiful mansion.

The decor was detailed, the breakfast delicious, and the hosts, delightful! We will definitely return.

I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, I was worried that my car would not be safe. So I cancelled my room. The b&b was in a location with homeless people sleeping in the street. There was a gentleman sitting in a car,without plates, watching a man unload his bags infront of the b&b.
