Location is good, close to restaurants and beach bed very comfortable

Room very small, shower poor, didn't fit in holder so had to hold it

We have desieded to stay the night in Bournemouth and we have choose this hotel , The lady I belive she is the manager as she was dealing with us ,she was so so kind and helpful, respectful and very kind and smiling, Honestly brilliant customer service. Very well done

Very good location, free parking, very comfy bed

My room was very dark and dingey, the hotel manager let herself into my room at one stage thinking I should have checked out (this was incorrect, I had paid for 2 nights) also, trying to do an early check in, but was abruptly told “no” despite the hotel being almost empty.

The lady who checked us in was very nice. Location was great. Free parking.

This is a bit of an odd place. It seems its probably a hostel with a few rooms let out as a guest house. The room was ok but up in the eves. No sight of the manicured gardens as stated on the listing as way too high up. Microwave in room, but no fridge - were they expecting us to cook?! Lots of odd signs around saying private, remember your key card or theres a £50 call out fee as there is no one on site. Strange as I thought this was a hotel. Lots of key boxes by the front door. Which is kept locked and you have to call someone to be let in. Faded grandeur - was probably lovely once - Lots of cheap furniture housing things like irons which lead me to think its not really a hotel.
