The Lies - Booked and Paid for a family suite -arrived with my 83 mother who had flown over for her grandchild’s wedding - we were shown to what looked like a store room !! Two single beds a foot apart and a metal garden bench at the end of the beds - ceilings and half way down the walls painted black !!! Felt like being inside a cramped coffin full of junk - Full of junk !! Loads of them OLD MIRRORS on chains on one wall - Open the window with broken handle it stinks as your above kitchen ventilation - and a rigid hard plastic dog bed jammed into the gap between the end of singles beds and garden bench which you need to jump over which my 83 yr old mother tripped on and nearly broke her neck /hip - I had to at short notice find a decent place for my mother to stay - I returned to the property then and complained strongly at which point they gave myself another room - not a FAMILY SUITE 😂- Had my nieces staying at same place they paid £80 - I had to pay expensive additional costs in finding a suitable place for my poor bruised mother and I paid for a family suite £260 which these con-artists have refused to refund -well they offered 😂£24) INSULT !!!!! Whole experience extremely stressful costly awful and annoying - I DID TAKE PICTURES TO PROVE THESE FACTS !!!

We loved our stay at Earlston house and Aiden was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Lovely breakfast, and facilities were good to include a bar which we would have partaken in if we'd stayed longer. Aiden showed us the other rooms that they're currently updating and there are some superb rooms that we'd like to sample on our next trip, and for more than one night! Thanks Aiden.. You were great and we'll no doubt see you again at Earlston house soon!

Breakfast was great. Loved the way the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome by putting out maps and sections from guide books to match our interests. Didn't use the hot tub but nice that robes were provided. Great view of the fireworks on the front from our room while we were there. Lots of information for local attractions and very knowledgeable hosts.

Great breakfast ,great hosts very welcoming just great people in fact. so stay here was very comfortable. Hot tub was an added bonus to our stay. Aiden was also very helpful in other areas such as things to do,places to eat and visit. Can not fault the hospitality we received and even our dog was made very welcome. Good location as well (roundham head) situated between Paignton and Goodrinton not far to walk to either beach or Paignton harbour
