The Reading Rooms

It's a lovely old house, with use of the dining room and kitchen. Everything is sparkling clean and well organised. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hosts are kind and helpful and even gave me a lift up to The Sill the next day.

Handy location, great room for price free help your self breakfast.

A friendly welcome, with a quick check in. The host provided us with some very useful guidance on dining options and sites to visit in the area. The room was very compfortable, with all the amenitities you'd expect. It definitely helped make this short stop in our long trip very pleasant.

Lovely bnb 3 bedrooms all with own ensuite bathrooms. A shared dining/kitchen area. Self serve continental breakfast. Only 6miles from Hadrians wall and in a lovely small village. Brian was very helpful giving us good tips on where to eat and Hadrians wall. I can not fault this place and highly recommend it.

Very comfortable rooms in a great location to explore Hadrian's Wall. The host was helpful, friendly and had some great tips on what to see. We had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay and the self serve breakfast was more than adequate. Highly recommended.
