"Nice Place"

The place was right in the town with it's own parking. The room was nice and the owners were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The bed was uncomfortable and the decor tired. The woodwork needs refreshing.

"Read my review."

1.0

Location was right in Ashbourne village. Perfect.

Mattress was awful, metal springs and very cheapest quality. Bed and mattress old and creaky. Room and bathroom both dirty. No room fan was offered on an extremely hot day and night; apparently the fan was was only given to people that asked, strange. Breakfast was terrible; bacon was the very cheapest quality from bottom shelf and was undercooked as was the sausage. One tiny portion of mushrooms(approx 1 teaspoonful),toast barely toasted and cheapest quality 'bread'. The large pot of 'tea' had ONE teabag in and tasted weak and grey, truly awful and undrinkable. I could go on and on about this place. But in conclusion,i would say that EVERYTHING about this place smacked of cheapness ; cutting corners on quality at every opportunity to maximise profit. AVOID.

"Not great."

4.0

The location was very central and the staff were friendly

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over the floor. The bed was old and creaky and the furniture was very tired. Tiles in the shower had black mould on them. Windows were very dirty.
