Nice quiet location

Breakfast was very good. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Very creaky floorboards in room above and people pacing around at 3:45am meant I was woken up but otherwise it was a great stay. Extraction fan didn’t work on the bathroom.

Food was excellent as were the staff. Loved the hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of places to sit if you want or need.

The only downside was we asked for single beds and was given a double. Though it as rectified very quickly by adding a z-bed which made the room a bit cramped. The a-bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. It did not spoil our stay. The staff were very apologetic and sorted it out very quickly

Room very hot, fan not sufficient. Could do with some tlc.

Breakfast was very good as was all the food we had staff very helpful and friendly

Could have a special menu as we stay 4 nights and menu was the same as was the soup

Rooms very warm

Lovely quaint pub , comfy bed , lovely decor in the room , nice food .

Although a very nice clean room it smelt strongly of damp .
