"Lovely place, good food, great location.."

Breakfast was lovely, room was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Great location as we were attending Oxstalls for a competition. Only 5 mins over the road.

The room was roasting hot! The water in tap came on boiling and then cooled down. Needed to be careful espically with children.

Lovely old pub with very good rooms, great food and very reasonable price.

Nothing. It was perfect. Just slightly out of my way but well worth the diversion.

The food and staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. It had a nice ambience. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was fairly small and on the ground floor. The large window we were unable to open during a heatwave as it was stuck. Maintenance looked at it, managed to open it fully but the window lock was broken therefore still couldn’t fully open at night. Making it rather warm and claustraphobic. This was our only complaint.

Very comfortable rooms . Delicious evening meal, excellent staff . Very good breakfast.

Could improve lighting in bedrooms and a shelf in the shower for products.
