מיד עם ההגעה תמונה מרהיבה של הלובי ורקע הים. המלון נקי ורגוע בצורה יוצאת דופן הצוות מצויין ומאיר פנים, החדר בקו הראשון לים עם בריכה מחוממת נהדר שני לילות וחוזרים רגועים. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד ובמלון גם מסעדה אסייתית טובה עם אוירה נעימה . מומלץ העיקר לזוגות. כמעט ללא ישראלים.

- pro: location riservata ed esclusiva con vista spettacolare, spiaggia con accesso diretto al mare, piscine molto belle e tranquille, servizio in piscina di qualità, struttura davvero top con varietà di servizi e qualità della facilities, mini club ben organizzato e con una brava ragazza, baby dance alla sera (sempre la ragazza del mini club), la qualità e la disponibilità di Katerina (che parla benissimo italiano), servizi alla reception (molto cortesi tutti i ragazzi, specie Evy e Ivan), pulizia della camera e addetta alla pulizia molto cortese e disponibile, drink benvenuto e omaggio in camera, trattamento alla SpA (in particolare l’Atrium signature treatment), il Wi-Fi della struttura davvero top, il ristorante Thalassa con cibo di buona qualità e vista bellissima, app fantastica e utilissima per dialogare con il personale e prenotare i trattamenti o ordinare in piscina o verificare le attività del giorno ecc. (super completa), capsule Nespresso gratis (4 al giorno) - Contro: servizio in spiaggia poco cortese, qualità cibo al ristorante da migliorare per un resort 5 stelle lusso, servizio al ristorante a volte un po’ carente, addetta reception SPA con capelli rossicci lunghi molto sgradevole

Wenn man ein ruhiges abgelegenes Plätzchen sucht ohne enorm viel Animationsprogramm und haufenweise anderen Gästen ist dieser Ort goldrichtig. Die Anlage ist sauber, sehr schön und abgelegen. Das Essen konnte jeden Tag überzeugen. Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden zum Frühstück und Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant verwöhnt. Es gibt 3 weitere Restaurants welche nicht in der Halbpension enthalten sind und als Ausweichmöglichkeit vorhanden sind. Jedoch hatten wir die 10 Tage unseres Aufenthalts nie das Bedürfnis nicht ins Hauptrestaurant zu gehen. Die Live Musik am Abend bietet nach dem Essen in der Bar ein entspanntes Ambiente zum abschalten. Der private Strand und die einzelnen Pools bieten immer freie Plätzchen zur Erholung sowie die Möglichkeit für lange Spaziergänge am Strand am Morgen und Abend, da es tagsüber im August sehr heiss sein kann. Mit einem warmen Wind ist das Wetter jedoch perfekt. Das Personal ist enorm freundlich und aufmerksam und wir haben auch eine Auswahl des grossen Spa Programms genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Fazit: Rundum Wohlfühl- und Erhol-Resort.

It was amazing! The staff is generous and nice. The room was perfect (we had the deluxe with private pool and see view. No need to leave the hotel, there are multiple restaurants (food is great) and a supermarket. The beach is nice as well.
