"Disappointing and definitely not what the website offers"

Great location and plenty of free parking with quality beer but miserable staff.

The receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful and surly, not a good start. The room was clean and tidy but cold. The heating had been turned completely off, really in February. The bathroom light over the sink did not work. Plenty of wardrobe space in a large room that was very dated. The gaps around the door allowed cold air to blow through. There is plenty of potential for modernisation.
