Beautiful quiet location on the edge of the village. Facilities were excellent and very well equipped. Bed was really comfortable, shower/bathroom were of a high standard.

The property was well furnished, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location is ideal for walking with many paths accessible nearby. Wifi availability is very useful considering the remote location.

We didn't like the bins parked in front of the cottages' sign. They don't look nice and we missed the entrance because we couldn't see the sign. The reception isn't signposted and so we were wandering around the site after arrival until someone came out of a building to greet us. The shower basin leaks water onto the floor. The bathroom fan does not work. The skirting boards and doors need cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Our 3 requests on booking.com were not answered regarding check-in times.

The location was idyllic, the entire place exceeding expectations. We were only disappointed that we were only staying one night as we were using it as a stop over. We would like to return to the cottage and explore the surrounding area.

The only tiny thing wrong was the latch on the tablet tray in the tabletop dishwasher was broken but then again I wasn't expecting a dishwasher.
