Econo Lodge Alabaster

Our room was lovely and warm and comfortable. We had room service dinner (cottage pie) which was excellent and good to have a choice of movies to watch

Some of the other units may need upgrading but the one we had was great

The room was very clean. Ian and staff were friendly and very helpful. We had to make some changes to our booking. Ian was extremely helpful and understanding There were a number of outside spaces for our little dog to explore. I highly recommend this motel if travelling with your fur babies. The bed was very comfy and room cleaning was offered each day.

My only issue was that the kitchen area was very small and we found it a little bit of a struggle sometimes when boiling the jug or using the microwave. We stayed for multiple days which was why we found the area a little too small for our needs. But if you were only staying overnight or eating out most evenings, it shouldn't be an issue.

We needed a place that would accept dogs and this place did!

I wish people would pick up their own dogs poop, had a great grassed area but unfortunately it was hard to find a place to walk that didn’t have dog poop on it, previous people who have stayed there were not responsible pet owners

Beds were very comfortable, staff were lovely and very helpful. We received a free upgrade to a larger room which was wonderful.

The freshness of the rooms and the comfortable bedding.

A mini bar would have been great or a couple of vending machines for late night drinks and snacks.

Conveniently located, great staff, great room service with dinner, great price, very clean, shower was like standing under a waterfall! Amazing
