Econo Lodge Alabaster

Rooms were a great size, large, space to move around. Bathroom was large and easy to move around in as well. Beds very comfortable. Great view from the balcony, loved the sliding door to outside. Lots of parking space.

Would have been good to have a couple of plates / bowls and maybe some cutlery.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable

Greeted by Ian (owner) who was very pleasant and helpful. Location was only a short distance out of town and quiet. Room was spacious, clean and good facility to relax. Undercover parking to each room was appreciated. Breakfast packs (cereal, milk, juice and muesli bar) good for a light start to the day. Best motel we had stayed at on our trip.

Back garden surrounds need a bit of TLC for presentation but this in no way affected us.

Large room with table and chairs. Our room was up the gravel slope to a level area, so our room had a terrace (shared with others) with a nice outlook. Undercover parking outside the room. Friendly and helpful owner. Very short drive back to the Railway Hotel (good meals) for dinner

Bathroom was possibly a little small, but not a big issue
