The room was nice and it's a good location. Right on the beach and around the corner is a nice block of different restaurants. The hotel restaurant isn't great, but definitely explore the local options. The spa is also great, just be sure to book at least a day in advance.

Considering the price there really wasn't a good standard of customer service. We have to pay for pool towels, and there is no real concierge service like you would expect for a chain hotel at their prices

The room is fantastic great views and a massive bed. Beautifully decorated room. The restaurant offers excellent food too. The reception staff are always very helpful and you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The only thing that was a slight issue is there is no sound proofing in the rooms. Not an enormous issue at all and I really had to rack my brain to think of something I did not like about this hotel.
