Lovely stay, good location, just outside is a trainstation to directions Barmouth and Porthmadog (and further), close to the beach, and very quiet (you just hear the birds singing in the morning) perfect sleep.

"Basic and disappointing, and vastly over-priced"

Staff were pleasant and accommodating Tea and coffee provisions in room were generous

No toilet paper provided Walls were paper thin, so could hear VERY noisy plumbing from next door, cistern etc, even unraised, conversational voices clear as a bell. Completely intrusive. The dining room area was half-collapsing, with the ceiling unfinished, and rubbish everywhere.
