Das englische Breakfast war ganz hervorragend. Der Concierge Rudge war sehr höflich hilfsbereit zuvorkommend und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist angenehm ruhig und in einer schönen Ecke Folkstones. Man kann an der Strandpromenade bequem in die Stadt laufen. Die beiden gebuchten kleinen Doppelzimmer waren absolut in Ordnung für eine Nacht nach der Ankunft mit der Fähre, hätten uns aber auch für ein Wochenende gut ausgereicht. Die Bäder sind ganz neu renoviert und alles ist insgesamt sehr stilvoll hergerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The hotel manager Raj was always very happy and attentive . The breakfast choices were good with quite alot of choice and the rooms despite being a little small, but were clean and tidy . Deanna, the hostess at breakfast was very helpful and cheerful each day . We wanted to say a big thankyou for our lovely stay and hopefully return and the staff were a credit to this hotel .

The only problem I would say is the parking , even though Raj was able to save us a space I can see it being a slight problem to anyone who was staying and didn't manage to get a space as it will require parking in a nearby street . This is the only problem I can fault, and it is a small one .

Staff were excellent, as was breakfast and room was comfortable.

Shower temperature wasn’t consistent, dangerously hot without warning at times.

We really enjoyed our 5 days at The Relish. Impressed with the 'aspect' of the black awning and white exterior as we arrived. Raj could not have been more helpful and kind. The room looked lovely and had everything we needed; the decor was modern, clean and the room felt light and airy. Good to have a fan in this hot weather. An excellent shower and hanging wardrobe. Fantastic range of delicious breakfasts and the staff were attentive and efficient. Nice touch to have fresh, chilled water to take to our room as well as 4pm cake! Parking was helpfully arranged for us and the location was brilliant as it was quiet yet still close enough to the town centre and harbour.
