Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un service de meilleure qualité. La plupart des collaborateurs étaient agréables et professionnels, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus. L’emplacement est pratique pour l’aéroport, mais cela reste selon nous le principal avantage de l’hôtel. La piscine et la salle de sport sont également agréables.

Nous avions signalé lors de la réservation qu’il s’agissait de notre premier voyage après notre mariage, célébré seulement deux jours auparavant. Malgré cela, aucun geste ou attention particulière n’a été fait, ce qui est dommage pour une occasion aussi spéciale. De plus, alors que nous avions demandé un lit double lors de la réservation, nous avons dû le réclamer à nouveau au moment du check-in. Nous avons également commandé deux fois un taxi via la réception et, à chaque fois, la course a été annulée sans que la réception ne nous prévienne.

Хороший уютный номер Вещи можно оставить до заселения Приятный хол с кондиционером В номере было прохладно на момент заселения, после жары очень спасло

Не работал холодильник, у него даже провода не нашли. Купили йогурт и мороженное, но не смогли воспользоваться холодильником и пришлось выбросить(
