The selection of buffet or off the menu was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient

They seemed to be having a problem with the air conditioning. They had portable units in the lobby which were very loud. I was unable to access WiFi following the directions on the website and after contacting the front desk

"Terrible hotel, being a Hilton brand not excuse. Get WiFi ASAP."

Larry the shuttle guy was very helpful.

No WiFi when it is adverstised. Apparently the Hotel thinks a hotspot from Verizon only in parts of main lobby is enough. Too warm in the lobby & simple items like soap missing in bathroom, room not clean enough, believe they clean it every other day.
