Spanhoe Lodge - B&B

Lovely customer service, staff was amazing. Room itself was lovely, only downside to the room was the tv location as it was too far from the bed therefore not being comfortable trying to watch it. Tv was also quite small. Bed was lovely, and the facilities where good. Best part of it was the sleep, such a nice quite night, slept like a baby. Swimming pool amazing no issues although I thought I read it was heated but wasn't. Had to swap between the swimming pool and jacuzzi as pool gets cold after while. Jacuzzi itself was lovely but a little on the hot side, sadly couldn't turn it down as the settings where locked but didn't bother us too much. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselfs for 2 hours so we loved it! Would definitely recommend this lodge and more than happy to stay again next time. Best part was also the price could not go wrong at this price!! :)

From what is supposed to be stressful swimming competition weekend turned out to be a perfect little pre Christmas get away. Great location, not far from the International pool in Corby. We were so pleasantly surprised by the elaborate Christmas decorations and hopistality of the owners. What a shame it was only for 2 days! The room was very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Since we couldn't make breakfast time, we were supplied with fresh milk and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This little extra special touch was greatly appreciated. We would love to visit them again and next time we are in Corby we surely will. Thank you!

Small flies in bathroom area, walk in shower tiles not clean, old and dated room, rickety bed No Wi-Fi in rooms also no phone service in rooms on either my own Vodafone or my work o2 phones. Won’t stay again

Our room was spotless, we wanted for nothing. The breakfast was freshly cooked and hot, with plenty of choice. This is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing time visiting all the charming villages which are within easy reach. *****

Views were lovely , peace and quiet. Nice rooms . No phone signal was quite frustrating.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location tranquil. Attention to detail first class with little extras in room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay coincided with the hotel's annual Christmas light display - very impressive.

Area is secluded and hard to get a phone signal. Clean and tidy and staff are nice people. WiFi is ok and reaches to the rooms. Good place to stay if you don’t want to be bothered
