Guiting Guest House

Good location. The rooms were clean and had all necessary items. A beautiful garden provided a nice space for relaxation after a busy day.

Disclaimer - We were the warmest days possible (31 degrees). We had windows open and a fan running on the third floor, which was on the warmer than desired side at night

La habitación donde nos alojamos es una cuádruple, dividida en dos estancias con el baño en medio. Ocupa toda la planta alta de la casa por lo que se tiene mucha privacidad. Es una casa particular, con mucho encanto británico y un desayuno inglés muy bueno. El pueblo es muy pequeño, pero tiene dos pubs para poder cenar. Buenas vistas de las colinas y las ovejas. Tiene un jardín perfecto para pasar un rato leyendo y disfrutando de la tarde-noche. El dueño muy simpático.

Guiting Power is a cute little town, nice walking paths, great gastro pub just at the other edge of the village. The guest house is well appointed and cozy.

The heating was a little confusing (bathroom too hot, though warm towels are nice!).

Guiting Guest House is in a beautiful location. Ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and villages nearby. The room I stayed in (no 2) was very comfortable (a four poster) with fully modernised en suite shower room and WC. Complete with tea making facilities and TV, you have everything you need here. Ray, the owner has spared no expense in making this into a fantastic guest house catering for your needs. Immaculate in every detail and spotlessly clean Guiting Guest House is a real Gem. As Guiting Power is a village stretching back centuries it has been slow to adapt to the motor car (thank goodness) so car parking can be tricky but with careful planning certainly not insurmountable. The breakfast is amazing! With various options from full English cooked by Ray to your specific order to continental style. There is a traditional English pub next door which is handy if you need a mid day or evening meal or just to have a pint or two. If you are travelling in the Cotswolds make sure you take the opportunity to stay here.

Great place in a nice Cotswolds village. Wonderful breakfast and host. Super clean. Good pubs in area. Ample room and bathroom. Would stay again here in a heartbeat!

This guest house was absolutely wonderful and Ray made sure we were very comfortable. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. And the breakfast was custom-made each morning and absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for visiting many of the Cotswolds towns.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!
