"Easily my best stay in southern England"

Everything. The pub downstairs is beautiful, there is a garden on both sides of the place, even im with a children’s playground. Out room had air-con (which was a lifesaver during the heatwave), the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great. Bonus: the coffee is of Italian style and quality, and the ice cream was delicious. The location was great. Close to Highclere, but also deep within beautiful woods and close to many cute villages.
