Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. More parking spaces free of charge can be found nearby. Breakfast is served between 08:00 – 10:00 every morning with timed slots during busier periods. Rooms are located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Please note that there is no elevator at the property. Please note: Alcohol and food may not be consumed in the rooms or anywhere on the premises. Smoking is not permitted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
