Sound travelled quite a bit in the old building so could hear noise from downstairs from quite early in morning. Breakfast was nice but missed a fish option such as smoked salmon.

GBThe location of the hotel is easy to find and the parking facilities nearby were extremely competitively priced at £3.60 for a 24 hour stay. The bar and restaurant areas are bright and very well maintained and comfortable. Staff are friendly and keen to ensure you are being looked after. Our room was very spacious with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The room and en-suite bathroom was Spotlessly clean and the decor was very modern with a country house feel. Despite being near the road, there was no noise of traffic and we had a totally undisturbed sleep. We would gladly return when back in Hexham.
