Southview Hotel

Great location. Landlady was lovely. A fine supply of fresh towels and toilet rolls. Room was a good size, we had a deluxe room and there was plenty of space for the 7000 things I insist on taking with me.

The only negative thing I would say was the mattress was not comfortable but we rectified that by sleeping on top of duvet, it made a good mattress topper.

Booking was smooth, we asked for parking for 3 cars and got them all. Easy to find and close to all the attractions of Blackpool. Bedroom was perfectly adequate for the 2 nights, the only downside was the double bed was short and my husband's legs were hanging out of the end (he isn't tall!) Fairly amusing to the kids and didn't hinder him sleeping. If I were to rearrange the room I'd throw the TV on the wall and pop the kettle on that set of drawers instead of being bed height near the kids bed. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities which was great. Beds were comfy and I liked having access to sheets and duvet! Breakfast was great, hosts were incredible and the coffee was fabulous.

I cannot come up with a single issue that would stop me returning.

Location fine we didnt book for breakfast .

Only seen owner on day of arrival , could of done with more towels only had four for our four day stay . Room very small shower and toilet room was tiny .

dated, cluttered room, only one plug socket behind an unnecessary chest of drawers. large wardrobe. decent rail would have been sufficient. bed really uncomfortable. shower not powerful
