Very friendly and welcoming host, excellent breakfast and staff, great location, lovely, good sized & clean room.

The description on booking.com said 1 extra large double bed and 1 sofa bed. This was incorrect. It was a single chair-bed (significantly smaller than a sofa bed). It was very firm and my daughters, aged 15 & 19 (and both 5ft 8") found too uncomfortable and neither wanted to sleep on it so all 3 of us slept in the bed, not ideal! It would suit a younger child maybe but I input my youngest daughters age as 15 so that should have been taken into account but this room was recommended. Very misleading when expecting a sofa bed, as had been stated.

Loads of parking, beautiful rooms, lovely views! Also had very friendly, helpful staff and had a fantastic breakfast!

Only negative was the light in the bathroom mirror was quite bright and I didn't know how to turn it off.

I stayed here while hiking the Norfolk Coast Path, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was given a better room than I had originally booked, which made it much easier to relax after a long day on the trail. The owner was incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and the place itself is truly wonderful.

A warm welcome, comfortable and spotlessly clean room, and one of the best breakfasts you will find. Excellent value for money.
