"Friendly staff, clean hotel."

S5aff friendly and welcoming given I booked only a few minutes before I arrived.

The mattress was thin and only had one sheet with no mattress protective cover. The pillows were thin too.

"Third bed 'sofa bed' was not suitable"

1.0

Location was great. Staff were lovely on arrival and wjen the WiFi went down. A quick text and it was sorted

The sofa bed wasnt suitable for sleeping at all..my son ended up being more comfortable on the floor. It was two very hard leather sides thay were flatten so there was a lumpy hard ridge down the middle. Fake stiff leather made it very sweaty. And the rooms were so small. The walls were very thin and could hear everything the neighbouring room was doing.

Close to theatres and restaurant's.

Few issues with noise we was supposed to have a double bed but ended up with two singles pushed together, to which a draw had fallen off,the en-suite stank of urine, we was in room 2 ground floor and was awoken at 10.45.pm by the host and his family in the reception area !!I had to ask them to be quiet or move us to another room..which didn't happen I may add.still I suppose you get what you pay for incidentally it was 58 quid with a £3.50.parking permit no breakfast either and a sunday night.

"Something we would like to forget."

1.0

The hotel was awful in pretty much every aspect. having stayed previously when the hotel was obviously owned by some one else, we thoroughly enjoyed and recommended our stay. Having changed ownership the hotel is but a fragment of our previously well regarded imagination. Room was dirty, hair found on a pillow, WIFI poor at best, basic amenities like shower was clogged up and over flowed, room was good for size, just extremely tired and poorly looked after. Breakfast was served to us precooked as we were the only guests that were eating, as a plate of oil soaked, dried up eggs, hash browns and 2 very lonely sausages. Cutlery was a mixture of assorted tools, none of them matched. we left without eating.

We very much enjoyed leaving. Do not go to this hotel, do not believe the reviews or the right up. This we can only assume was the right up from the previous owners time of ownership. Avoid, do not believe the referals.
