"Was not like the time we stayed last year."

We liked the location

Our mattress cover was dirty. Then when we came back for the 2 days it was still the same one. Plus they had mold above the bathroom door. Half of the lights in the kitchen didnt work. We saw that you had many remodeled roo.s not being used and you stuck us in a dirty one.

"Perfect stay by Clearwater beach"

It was in an excellent location - very close to the beach and we had a beautiful view of the docks - it was such an ideal distance from everything. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities needed. The pool was also very nice and clean, there were floaties and rings available for us to use which was excellent and the lounge beds were very comfy and practical.

There was not anything to dislike about this property.

Bed was fairly comfortable Pool was nice and clean Free parking! Smart Tv with apps

Early check in wasn’t available despite many rooms being available upon check in (we could see empty clean rooms with windows open once we got there) and they were unresponsive with the request for an hour late check out. Bathroom sink and counter had ants everywhere!!!! They appeared to be coming from the sink drain. Also killed other bugs in the bathroom The tub was stained brown which made it look pretty gross Toilet seat was chipped and inside was stained and not properly cleaned The water in the tub also barely got hot, so all of our showers were somewhat warm at best You’re not allowed to adjust the AC, which I found frustrating, as the room got hot at night Just general sense of the property not being upkept Hosts were extremely unresponsive and responded hours/a day later.
