The people were nice. Shower and bed were good.

The sound from the clubs and conference rooms were unbearable. I was kept awake anytime they had a conference. Always loud until 11PM. I have multiple sources that have complained. I don't think anyone goes back for they cannot sleep.  The Wi-Fi was ok, but it did cut out a few times. When checking out they did not have enough dollars to give me change and i could only accept the Shillings. This way i lose out on dollars for i get a horrible rate of exchange.

Breakfast was very good. Location of the hotel is good

Window blinds were not covering completely which was notified to the staff, but was not rectified

Staff is the asset in this hotel. They are very customer oriented and courteous. Location Breakfast options Hotel facilities (eg. gym) I always stay in Protea by Marriott in Kampala when I can afford it.

There is nothing not to like about this place

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

Only the restaurant and the in room dining

Service guest relations over all attitude of the staff terrible service terrible customer service especially the reception most atrocious customer service and pathetic behaviour
