The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Lovely boutique hotel which would have been really nice in its hay day. My only complaint is the mould on the ceilings in the walkways. Their dining options were very limited as well

Fairly good stay but there were quite a few hiccups on the part of the hotel, however, the staff were quite apologetic and they quickly fixed these issues. Hotel was generally quite clean but once or twice I did notice some areas in my room weren't cleaned properly, which I reported - apologies were made & someone was sent to redo the cleaning; that being said, the hotel had a very nice atmosphere and the staff were very respectful and helpful. This was my second stay at this particular hotel and I noticed things seemed to have deteriorated slightly, which is a shame as it is a lovely place and I would like to continue coming back but wouldn't be able to if this (deterioration) continues.

All the staffs were professional, very friendly and made my stay a memorable one. They attended to all my needs. I will recommend this hotel and also give it a 10 stars if there is anything of such. Thanks also to Lilly the manager.

2nd time at this hotel. I was a little bit disappointed because there no hot water in the room. I love a bath , so because of no hot water I ended up not having baths. I had to have washes with buckets of water instead. But saying that I will come back. Love the staffs and the hotel is nice and quiet. Clean and good ambience all round. Lovely variety of breakfast.
