Not much. The place is a bit dated and run down and amenities limited. The food in the restaurant tastes good but they don’t replenish towards the end of the buffet so if you don’t get there within the first hour or so, you won’t get to experience the entire buffet. To me that is unacceptable because regardless of what time you arrive, you are charged the full price of the buffet. Also, I booked a room for two and only got one of everything in the room — one towel, one teacup, one glass…, not good. Finally, room service is very slow. Something is going on in the kitchen where meals orders are forgotten, maybe. I will say that the staff are very nice and polite but that’s not good enough when almost everything else needs work.

Buffet, drinks — get a proper mixologist. Facilities could do with an update/sprucing up, and the beddings could be more comfortable. Room service is slow and sometimes the order is incomplete. Overall, better attention to detail will go a long way.
