"Accommodation disappointing... food average... entertainment very good"

staff was excellent and very attentive and efficient... room service was very good and meals provided much better then the restaurants at the premisses...

Rooms were very dated and uncapped... shower recess was leaking into the room and the carpet around the ensuite was saturated. Wall paper was pealing and separating at the joints. Architraves in the ensuite were rusting and needed to be treated and painted. We stayed at the star 25 - 30 years ago and the rooms looked exactly the same other than showing 30 years of neglect... very, very disappointing accommodation

Location

Room was a bit dated compared to other hotels close by "pay for movies" which was free in other hotels for the same movies the place was extremly noisy not relaxing at all pay for parking when the room cost $250/night is a joke

We waited nearly an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The worst part was that they left our luggage and belongings in the wrong room. Luckily, my boyfriend saw it and brought it to my room.
