"Perfect for a night stay with my daughter."

Comfy bed with lovely cotton sheets. Plenty of towels (always a bonus). Brilliant breakfast tray brought to the room.

The neighbours or other guests were a bit noisy but that couldn’t be helped.

The people running it were thoughtful and helpful.

Small tv although to be fair it really didn’t bother us that much. And the room looked a little tired.

We had a very comfortable nights stay here. Easy, precise instructions for gaining access to the property, and a very comfortable room. Host was very easy to speak to and the breakfast tray was amazing! Good pub just up the road too!

Close to city centre (15 minute walk ). Off road parking. Friendly host. Nice continental breakfast delivered to room.

Would have liked a chair or stool in the room for when drying hair etc

The proprietor is a very friendly gent. The property is basically a private home with two rooms (I think) for visitors and two parking spaces...perfect!. The room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. There was a generous "continental" breakfast (though the term "continental" understate the extraordinarily generous tray delivered to one's room). The property is about a mile from the lovely town center and the cathedral. A comfortable walk if you are capable of walking.
