The owner was exceptionally responsive when the difficulty arose.

Booking.com asks customers to contact the property when they require modification. The owner doesn't have possibility to cancer/ modify when booking is done via Booking.co. This was fed back to Booking.com.

Very clean and secure and the supplies in kitchen and facilities in room. WiFi was good.

Unfortunately the mattress definitely needs replacing as I felt like was sleeping at angle all night. No USB ports in room.

Loved the hotel and are going to recommend it to our friends and family who are planning a visit to the city. Perfect value for money)) The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and all the amenities. Very quiet at night. Had a nice breakfast in the kitchen cum dining room on the ground floor. It was a big bonus to be provided with an assortment of complimentary cornflakes, jams, bread, yoghurts. So were well charged for the day. The staff was friendly and ready to meet all our requests.
