localisation de l’hôtel dans un endroit très calme et proximité du métro pour accéder au centre de Budapest

Le confort de la chambre avec des rideaux transparents et pas du tout opaques . Comme j’étais dans cet hôtel au mois de mai, lors du lever du soleil vers 4h30, vous êtes systématiquement réveillé par le soleil avec une impression d’être en plein jour.. Tout de même pas normal ....d'autres clients de l’hôtel s'en sont plaints egalement J'ai du m'acheter un masque pour pourvoir dormir les matins suivants..

Buona prima colazione. Buona posizione per il centro per chi vuole camminare un pochino.

Il comodino aveva una evidente macchia di bicchiere con caffè e del caffè raggrumito intorno che ho dovuto pulire io, oltre alla polvere. Fuori al balconcino sul davanzale c'era un bicchiere in plastica con dell'acqua e numerose cicche di sigaretta spente dentro. I letti erano non comodi.⁰

酒店位置环境非常好在使馆区很安全，周边绿荫安静离地铁公交站也很近，走路几分钟就到英雄广场。非常干净舒适的酒店。

We stayed for 3 nights made up of 2 bookings. This for 1 and the other 2. As before the staff were initially good (1 gentleman in particular). Location was good and the hotel clean and tidy

Problems with the drainage in shower. Incorrect printed information in room regarding breakfast times meaning we missed breakfast 1 day. They even tried to put it on us and a miscommunication when it was the hotels printed information in room that was wrong.

Clean and tidy and first encounter with staff pleasant. Good location

Printed hotel info incorrect. It stayed breakfast 10:30 on weekends which was incorrect which was pretty disgraceful. After complaining to several people they eventually wheeled out some for us but it was pretty much cold meats so this was declined and we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The shower didn’t drain well at all. The first person in was bad enough but the second had to stand in the dirty water from before or wait 20mins till it drained.

Staff and communication were excellent and arranged an earlier check in. Breakfast was good

I paid over the odds for hotel because of a football tournament . However, the hotel was still competitive compared to the others .
