Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und wir waren auch mit dem Frühstück zufrieden. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, das Schwimmbad zu nutzen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Wie in Irland scheinbar üblich: keine Aufhänger an und für Hand-und Duschtücher, auch Klobürsten kennt man in hotels wohl nicht. Ebenso keine separate Möglichkeit eine nasse Jacke aufzuhängen. In den nicht gerade großen, türlosen "Schranken" muss man die dann neben die anderen Blusen und Hemden hängen .

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. It was a one night stay. Hotel decor is modern and bright. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Ordered room service which arrived quickly and was super tasty. Their menu for room service has a wide variety of choice. I will definitely stay again and I will be recommending it to family and friends.

Location was great, very close to other amenities and very good restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had to report a number of minor maintenance/house keeping issues. The receptionist, Niamh, took ownership, and by the time we had breakfast, and returned to the room, all but one were sorted. It was impressive to be able to report issues, be heard, and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff as a team, work together to ensure the customer enjoys their stay. The entertainment in the evening was just right for all ages.

There were a number of minor maintenance/housekeeping issues, that should have been rectified before having to be pointed out. A simple checklist would have covered these, after all it is a 4 Star Hotel, so high standards should be common place. It was the reception, who would have no knowledge of maintenance or housekeeping issues, until they are brought to light by a customer, who had to act effectively, efficiently and professionally on the spur of a moment who saved the day!
