The appartment is located about 2km away from the Trg bana Josipa Jelacica, within walking distance from someone who enjoys walking. The neighborhood thougn that is not beautiful, it is quite. It is near Ul. Hrvatske bratske zajednice, near the city fountains. It has also a car parking space free of charge for guests with cars. The apartment had all the electrical appliances and kitchen utensils, allowing the guest to cook. A short distance away there is a supermarket with extended opening hours.

The apartment was not clean. There was dust everywhere, behind the TV, behind the beds, under the beds, and the extractor hood was full of grease. Some of the furniture was rickety. The heating installations and pipes were visible everywhere and that was ugly. The shower collected water when you took a bath, as if it was clogged. It definitely needs more thorough cleaning when you are expecting guests.
